Company's CFO and works in close partnership with the CEO, and
members of the Executive Leadership team. The Corporate Controller
will serve as a key strategic partner to safeguard the Company's
fiscal integrity and in turn ensure a solid foundational base for
further strategic growth. The Corporate Controller will support the
CFO in directing the Accounting functions of Harvey Performance
Company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
(GAAP), as well as providing executive leadership for the company
by working with the senior management team in identifying,
analyzing, communicating, and resolving major financial
matters.POSITION DETAILS:As a Corporate Controller, you
will:Oversee daily cash activities, capital distributions and
account reconciliations.Develop cash forecasting tools to ensure
adequate cash planning.Monitor financial covenants in debt
agreements, preparing quarterly compliance reports, and maintaining
positive and productive lender relationships.Manage all accounting
matters related to the activities of the Firm to ensure US GAAP and
debt agreement compliance.Oversee the general accounting and cost
accounting functions.Support M&A processes, including
pre-acquisition due diligence, acquisition accounting, and
acquisition integration.Manage the annual financial audit including
development of audit schedule.Coordinate all matters related to
company insurance and legal requirements while maintaining strong
internal and external stakeholder relationships.WHAT YOU CAN
BRING:At least 7-10 years of management experience within a
growth-oriented industrial, manufacturing, or distribution
company.Experience leading the Controllership function, preferably
in a multi-entity, multi-geography environment.Bachelor's degree in
Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA and/or CMA preferred.Experience
working in public and private equity-owned businesses is a
plus.Strong experience with both the evaluation and integration of
acquisitions, including OBS/acquisition accounting.Demonstrated
success in applying best-in-class accounting policy and process
discipline in support of company operations (general accounting,
cash management, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution,
logistics, order to cash, customer experience).Experience
developing and driving financial KPIs in support of cash management
and profitability objectives.Demonstrated ability to create
followership and lead through influence to become a trusted finance
business partner to key functional leaders across the organization
to help translate business decisions to financial impact and drive
data driven decision making across the organization.Ability to
build and develop a high-performing Controllership team and
function that operates with a servant mindset and wins with
compliance.Strong business acumen and commercially
focused/driven.High analytical ability, good business judgment and
problem solver.Results-oriented with a strong sense of
