Specialized Fiduciary Administrator I (SFA I), Providence, RI - This job is responsible for providing administrative support to key stakeholders in the Private Bank space. Key responsibilities include providing operational support, performing routine administrative duties required to administer accounts and serve client needs. Job expectations include serving as an additional point of contact for clients, and collaborating with business partners. Responsibilities : • Assists in administrative and office management duties, such as conducting account maintenance and preparing letters, monitoring and preparing reports, and ordering office supplies and equipment • Participates in projects, prepares reports, and supports research efforts • Supports addressing client issues and concerns, while adhering to policies and procedures • Assists with ensuring accounts are in line with the fiduciary standard by complying with internal policy and industry regulations Skills : Account Management Administrative Services Attention to Detail Client Management Problem Solving Referral Identification Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent For internal employees: participation in a work from home posture does not make you eligible to post. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - RI - Providence - 1 Financial Plz - 1 Financial Plaza (RI1537) Pay and benefits information Pay range $25.00 - $38.26 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
