This position demands precision in risk assessment, effective communication across departments, and proactive leadership in a dynamic financial landscape. Develop and implement risk assessment models and frameworks specific to asset management. Coordinate with asset managers to integrate risk management practices into investment strategies. Monitor compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements. Report risk findings and make strategic recommendations to senior management. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts to build a robust risk culture.
