Job Description EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Are you willing to take on a role enabling the Chief Executive Officer to work most effectively to fulfill LCHC---s mission, vision, values, and goals? Do you want to be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for the CEO and his staff, as well as the Board of Directors? In this role you will: Maintain the CEO---s daily calendar and work closely with the CEO to optimize his time management in and outside the office, including arranging meetings (in person and virtual), interviews, and conference calls with staff and/or with elected officials and representatives of other agencies and community partners. Handle sponsorship requests and takes care of registration and accommodations for conferences for the CEO and staff, as necessary. Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including but not limited to, attending, and recording all meeting minutes, maintaining Board of Directors--- files of meeting minutes, agendas, attendance, reports, correspondence, and membership data. Assists with special projects such as health fairs and fundraising events and performs other related duties as assigned or required. The successful applicant will offer: At least five years--- experience in comparable position, preferably in a health care environment. High School graduate or equivalent required. Graduation from a college or university with a minimum of a bachelor---s degree is strongly preferred. Medium proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office computer applications.
