for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Strategic Growth team.
You will be responsible for our innovation efforts as well as
developing a robust pipeline of new platforms to support our
longer-term growth objectives. -Additionally, you will provide key
leadership to our Wholesale Club business, partnering with Sales to
support our current business while inspiring and developing growth
opportunities across Club customers. -Who you are:

- Adept at identifying white space opportunities, developing
concepts and commercializing
- A team leader, developing junior talent in all aspects of
innovation leadership
- A curious & resourceful go-getter who is self-motivated with a

- A leader with strong interpersonal skills and experience
collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strategic, pragmatic and resourceful -What you'll do:
- Vision, develop, and lead all Strategic Growth initiatives for
Gorton's
- Identify near term innovation opportunities and populate a
longer-term innovation pipeline
- Partner with Insights Team to identify key white space
opportunities for the brand
- Champion and advance initiatives working with Sales,
Established Business and R&D leaders
- Support team members in advancing new products through Stage
Gate process
- Fully commercialize new products and new platforms to hit key
launch dates
- Manage through Year 1 in market, collaborating with Brand
Development to support launch
- Develop a clear growth path for new mission driven brand
currently in limited distribution
- Strategic leadership and P&L ownership for Wholesale Club
Channel
- Lead Annual 3-Year Planning process for Strategic Growth
Team
- Identify growth opportunities outside of current category for
substantial long-term growthWhat you'll need:
- 8-10 years experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, with a strong
preference for CPG Food
- Strong innovation background, including work in identifying
white space opportunities
- Product development experience from concept to full
commercialization
- Demonstrated ability with product launches and post launch
performance tracking
- Strong history of project leadership and development of junior
team members
- Excellent record of cross functional collaboration
- Confirmed growth mind set with examples of success
- High energy and team spirit
- Skilled use of PowerPoint, IRI/Nielsen data Who we are: Since
