Strong interest in working with children from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. First Aid and CPR certification highly desired (training available upon hire). Ability to work and interact effectively with individuals and groups with a variety of identities, cultures, backgrounds, and ideologies. Some post-secondary education preferred, but not required.
