Job Description:
Accounting ManagerThe OpportunityWe--------re looking for an
Accounting Manager, working in the Real Estate industry in Boston.
Ensures accuracy of property rent rolls, financial reports, budgets
and re-projections. Manages 3rd party accounting managers. Reviews
3rd party property management monthly reports, annual budgets,
quarterly re-projections and annual escalation true-ups. Reviews
3rd party weekly check registers for account funding. Generates
financial reports and performs financial analysis as required.
Participates in the due diligence process and reviews financial due
diligence. Reviews acquisition/sale closing statements; prepares
GAAP, Fair Value, and Tax acquisition/sale general ledger close.
Experience Required for Your Success Bachelor--------s degree in
Accounting or Business 5 years Accounting experience 2+ years
management supervisory experience Experience in using legal
database software Experience in real estate or REIT required
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with
senior management and business associates Proficiency with
financial software systems applications and proficiency with
Microsoft Windows software programs, MRI experience a plus
DetailsThe pay range we--------re offering is 90000- 115000 per
