Job Description Description: Harbor management is seeking an experienced, qualified, and motivated Property Manager for our elderly/affordable housing property in Lynn, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with a Section 8/Affordable Housing component. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, oversight of the physical asset to include maintenance and facilities supervision, administrative and resident services staff supervision, make-ready turnover, management of the waiting list, budget allocation, financial and budget preparation, reporting and oversight, compliance oversight relative to HUD and LIHTC regulations, etc. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager.
