for all systems and solutions comprising New England Biolabs' (NEB)
global CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms. To be successful in
this role, candidates must possess a strong combination of
technical, process, industry (specifically related to the needs of
the sales, marketing, and customer support functions), and
leadership skills. It is critical to maintain a productive
partnership with the business teams to collaboratively develop and
maintain product roadmaps, deliver quality solutions, and motivate
the teams to provide outstanding service to NEB's users and
customers. This position is based at our Ipswich, MA
headquarters.Primary Responsibilities:Work with IT leadership and
business leadership and teams to build and execute the product
roadmap for NEB's CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, including
sales, marketing and customer support process workflows,
automation, and integrationsPartner with key business stakeholders
and technology partners (internal and external)Build, manage, and
motivate a an efficient/productive team made up of employees,
contractors, and service vendorsMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of
the technology and business trends in the capabilities and use of
CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, both within the life
sciences and outside of itManage, develop and maintain productive
relationships with external technology and service vendorsTriage
and help prioritize user requests into production support,
enhancement, and project bucketsDrive technical and operational
excellence in all project aspects, such as requirements gathering
and documentation, gap analysis, solution design, implementation,
and release managementEstablish standards and processes around
product feature documentation and training materialsCommunicate and
understand the impact of system changes and status to affected
parties and design appropriate solutionsDesign and maintain complex
user roles, security, profiles, workflows rulesPropose, gain
approval and track the annual spend associated with developing and
maintaining these platforms and their usesTrack and report the use
of the platforms, and communicate this data to IT and business
leadershipRequired Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree
in computer science, management information systems, or a related
fieldA minimum of eight years of experience as a Salesforce
Administrator, Designer or Manager.Minimum of three years'
experience in product management/ownership, project/program
execution and managementPardot (Marketing Cloud) experienceStrong
sales and marketing business/process knowledge.Analytical skills
for transforming defined business needs into technology products,
information flows, solutions, and servicesStrong communication,
presentation, organization, facilitation, and negotiation
skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple work
streams and to interface with multiple project teams and external
consultantsMust posses excellent interpersonal skillsEEO
