Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for one of our prestigious bank clients. The $24 billion bank is the largest small business lender in New England and is continuing to expand year over year!



The technology group is made up of 100 people, and the PMO is 5 employees. As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for 2-4 simultaneous projects, spanning in scale, and scope. You will wear many hats and oversee both infrastructure and software initiatives. Projects will range from, Software Upgrades, Virtualization, to building out a new CRM and hardware moves. You will be responsible for tracking and managing project performance, incident management, project scope, budget, profitability, risk, communications, schedule, quality, resource, procurement, and stakeholders. You will maintain and review all project & change management documentation in accordance with an enterprise PMO framework (including project plans, financial planning documents, approved scope, risk assessments, change request forms, test scripts, risk and issues log, etc.). Having basic knowledge of the technology industry is critical, in order to understand the cadence of projects, and any experience in managing projects in a highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.
