networks, feature selection/reduction, clustering, and parameter
tuning. Researches and builds complex, cutting edge and scalable
Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, models, platforms, and
technologies to improve customer experiences and drive business
results. Drives and oversees projects involving large scale-multi
dimensional databases, complex business infrastructure, and
cross-functional teams. Primary Responsibilities: Analyzes predictive modeling, tuning, operationalization, and
scalability of business technologies to inform and establish
decision strategies. Transforms large volumes of data into AI-driven solutions using
creative, cutting edge open source methods and technologies. Identifies and prioritizes top AI opportunities to create
business and technical requirements. Formulates mathematical or simulation models of problems,
relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives,
conflicting objectives, and their numerical parameters. Performs validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and
reformulates models as necessary. Collaborates with senior managers and decision makers to
identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management
objectives. Presents the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis
to management or other end users. Sets vision, goals, and direction of team/organization. Plans and leads organization-wide initiatives. Identifies and consults with internal and external technical
resources to produce cross-company strategic initiatives. Provides leadership, technical supervision, and expertise to

(5) years of experience building Natural Language Processing (NLP)
models in a financial services environment. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics,
or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in the
job offered or two (2) years of experience building Natural
Language Processing (NLP) models in a financial services
environment. Or, alternatively, a Doctor of Philosophy degree (or foreign
education equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science,
Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and no
experience. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) performing advanced statistical
analysis to develop and evaluate supervised and unsupervised
Machine Learning (ML) algorithms -- Regression, Decision Trees,
Neural Networks, linear and mixed effect models, Feature Selection,
Hyper-Parameter tuning, and ranking models; and developing and
evaluating supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms using Python
and ML libraries PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NLTK, and Gensim. DE building and implementing modern Natural Language Processing
techniques (Named Entity Recognition and Knowledge Graph driven
methods); and implementing AI technologies within a financial
domain -- portfolio construction, financial statement analysis, and
statistical analysis of financial datasets. DE launching ML and Deep Learning (DL) models to perform data
and runtime profiling of solutions and assess the efficacy of ML
and AI algorithms (experimental design, A/B testing, performance
monitoring, AI fairness evaluation, and bias mitigations) in remote
computer servers and online environments. For full job details and to apply, please visit
