interests, hidden strengths and talents. Responsibilities and
Duties We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced OTR for
full time employment. Job responsibilities include: Flexibility to
treat in our Rowley, Amesbury, and Boxford, MA locations Providing
individual treatment to clients with varied diagnoses and needs
Weekly (faded to bi-weekly) supervision meetings Writing daily SOAP
notes and communicating with parents at the end of each session
Running bootcamp groups, KidSHINE birthday parties, and summer
group programs Completion of evaluations and assessment write ups
Option for seasoned therapists to take on a leadership and
mentoring role working directly with the therapist-clinic owner
Qualifications and Skills Licensed and registered in the state of
MA as an OTR Dual licensure in NH is a plus Current CPR and first
aid certification At least 1-3 years of experience working as an
OTR in a pediatric setting (working with children aged preschool
through elementary school, including children with SPD, ASD, and
ADHD) Comfortability running groups Experience with sensory
integration techniques, handwriting programs, strengthening
programs and an understanding of primitive reflexes Empathy, a
drive to generate creative/novel activities, and a commitment to
the children you work with Passion for/interest in fitness
preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Employment Type: Full
Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $68,000 - $83,000 Annual
