Job Description:

Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner to join a Community Health Center team! This facility offers primary care, dental services, behavioral health, and medication-assisted treatment to the surrounding community. Their organization has multiple community health centers throughout the North Shore. They see all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Details: In this role, the provider will work under the general direction of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and the direct supervision of the Associate Medical Director, and collaborate with the providers and physicians on staff. The provider will provide continuing and comprehensive health care for individuals across all genders and ages. Will provide care to scheduled patients and walk-ins when necessary. Obtain history and physical examinations. Work as an integral member of the primary care team. Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Certified as FNP
• At least 2 years experience in community health or ambulatory care
• Active MA licensure
