Facility: Home Health & Hospice

RN for Adult Home Health: CANNOT accommodate 10H shifts. 1 weekend per month, will have time off during week to accommodate weekend schedule.
This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-28 clients and will be expected to do 6-7 units per day (which will be a mixture of routine visits, admissions, re-certifications and discharges).
Prior travel is required
Must have 3-5 years of home health experience, preferably someone who is fluent in Oasis
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Registered Nurse - Home Health
