Med/Surg / Tele RN in Windsor, Vermont, 05089! Job Opportunity –
Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Vermont Start Date: February
17, 2026 Location: Windsor, Vermont Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: 8-hour shifts, every other
weekend and holidays as needed; may serve as backup Charge Nurse
Highlights: Medical-Surgical unit with Acute Rehab component and
potential float assignments within scope of practice
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5 with an average daily census
of 22 patients EMR system: Cerner 8-hour non-billable orientation
provided Call compensation at $4/hour; Charge differential at
$3/hour Call-back, holiday, and overtime multipliers at 1.25x
Requirements: Active Vermont RN license or Compact RN license 2
years of recent Medical-Surgical or Rehab experience Charge RN
experience required Previous travel nursing experience (minimum 3
months) BSN – Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred
Active BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart
Association Current Medical-Surgical skills checklist (within the
past year) One supervisory signed reference from within the past
two years Must have own vehicle (required – public transportation
not available) Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Willing to float to other units as needed within scope of practice
