Job Description:
Exeter Center, a leader in post-acute and long-term care, is
seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant
(CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role,
you will be integral in providing care and daily living assistance
to our patients. This includes offering support with basic patient
activities ranging from personal hygiene to monitoring vital signs
under the guidance of nursing staff. Exeter Center is committed to

role crucial for maintaining the highest standards of healthcare
services. Provide patients with basic care and help with activities
of daily living Monitor and record patients' vitals such as
temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Assist patients with
mobility and physical therapies/exercises Communicate patient needs
and updates to healthcare team members and attend to patient
concerns Maintain accurate patient documentation Follow infection
control protocols Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability
to follow detailed instructions Physical stamina for frequent
lifting and maneuvering patients Knowledge of basic healthcare and
hygiene standards Empathy and the ability to care for the
physically or mentally ill, injured, or elderly Medical Insurance
