Mindlance Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Milton,
Massachusetts, 02186! ID: 75965887 Shift: 12H Night Description:
Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments
these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked
Requisition Comments and coversheet required at time of submission.
03/10 start date ONLY - ONE ORIENTATION A MONTH- Epic experience
required. FLOAT POOL NEEDS - will be floated between all MS TELE
units - MA LIC REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION THIS UNIT DOES NOT
HAVE TELE TECHS. ALL RNS ARE REQUIRED TO READY AND INTERPRET THEIR
OWN STRIPS. YOU MUST PASS TESTING DURING ONBOARDING. PASS/FAIL
ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE- ONE ATTEMPT
ONLY TO PASS Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20
questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector
meeting PRIOR to acceptance. We need RN s to test within 48 hrs of
confirmation. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for
remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN s prepare for the test,
leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips
and answers - - ONLY MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE 12H NIGHTS
7p-7a, weekend and holiday rotation. We care for a wide variety of
surgical patients with an overflow of medical patients.
QUALIFICATIONS: Min Education: Equivalent to a graduate of an
accredited school of nursing, Min Experience: Recent acute Medical
Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience required - 2 years
required. License/Registration: Current licensure as a Registered
Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
Skills/Certification: CPR, ACLS Epic experience preferred, EPIC EMR
experience required - No locals will be considered within 50 mi - 8
week need. Must be separated from BILH for 6 months and in good
