Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse
Coordinator specializing in Neuro Trauma to join our elite medical
team. This position requires a depth of expertise in neurology and
trauma care, providing critical support to our neuro trauma unit
and ensuring the highest level of patient care in coordination with
multidisciplinary teams. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will act as
a leadership bridge between nurses and management, ensuring
seamless operations and exceptional patient outcomes. Oversee
day-to-day operations of the neuro trauma nursing staff Develop and
implement training programs for all new nurses and continuing
education for staff nurses Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to foster effective communication and patient care
strategies Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to
standards and regulations Manage patient records and documentation
for accuracy and compliance Participate in research and development
related to neurology and trauma care improvement Handle clinical
escalations and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal
and communication abilities High proficiency in handling neuro and
trauma cases Ability to work efficiently under pressure Critical
thinking and problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) licensure in the state of employment Certification in
Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) or Trauma Certified Registered Nurse
(TCRN) preferable
