Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS required, Flu vaccine required Must-Have: Experience with IV insertion and mediport access preferred, but not necessary Description: ASAP starts for day shifts, 40 hours per week. Caring for patients in the radiation oncology department. Responsibilities include new patient visits and education. Performing occasional injections. Assisting with procedures and telephone triage as needed. Day shift consists of 8-hour shifts, typically from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Occasionally may need to stay after hours with patients who have not finished their treatment.
