A mission-driven healthcare organization in rural New England is
seeking a Primary Care Provider to join a collaborative outpatient
practice. Position Highlights 4-day schedule (35 clinical hours) 800 patient panel 2 patients/hour average 1:1 MA support + full clinical team AI scribe + onsite lab & ultrasound Phone-only call ( 2 weeknights/month) Shared Saturday clinic ( 4 per year) Full-scope outpatient procedures Compensation & Benefits NP/PA: $118K $141K RVU bonus available Sign-on & relocation assistance Loan repayment support CME $2K + 40 hours 100% employer-paid health insurance (single) 208+ hours PTO + holidays Short-term housing assistance available Location Scenic rural New England community with skiing, hiking, biking,
strong schools, and access to major metro areas.
