Averhealth has a direct impact on someones road to recovery.SUMMARYAverhealth is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple patient care centers and teams in Northeast Massachusetts. The preferred candidate will have experience in managing daily operations of business for multiple locations and have a passion for the drug treatment community. This is a full-time exempt position with people and budget management responsibilities. Travel is required at least 50% of work time.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Manages daily operations of approximately 3-8 collection locations (depending upon size and complexity) within a specific areaProvides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the Company are put into practice within the collection locationsDirectly manages all collection staff and lead collectors within collection locationsActively participate in new customer developmentAssists with the new-business set-up and implementation processBuilds and maintains relationships with existing clients to include judges, probation departments, and other judicial officialsConducts customer training sessionsActs as a main day-to-day point of contact for customersProactively identifies, addresses, and resolves any issues at collection locations or with clientsAttends Drug Court staffing sessions, general sessions, and graduations on a regular basisCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable lawsEffectively manages sites through clear, direct and respectful communicationSchedules staff in an effective manner based upon monthly testing calendarsManages site-specific metrics related to staffingMeets monthly KPIsAssists the training team with training initiatives at collection locationsFosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the CompanyEncourages teamwork and collaboration with other locationsInterviews candidates to fill open positions at collection locationTakes accountability for collection locations actionsPerform other work as requiredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEA four-year college degree and at least 2-5 years of experience in a business management role strongly desiredExperience in the criminal justice or testing industry is preferredCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase Salary: $55,000- $65,000 AnnuallyAnnual Performance BonusHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Disability and Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off4 Hours of PTO for Community ServicePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
