Job Description PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Duration: 4 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel CRU MUST START IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS/nLICENSE ON FILE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION, DAY/ Evening ROT due to variable start times. OR RN: Weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule. Requirements: • Prior travel HIGHLY preferred • Must have 2 years experience in unit • Must have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet • Strong experience required: Gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma Additional Information:/nMonday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April /n441054 About PHP At PHP, you are always the first focus!
