In this role, you will drive a company vehicle along specific routes to deliver goods to customers while maintaining excellent service standards. Operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to various customers along a pre-determined route. Load and unload products carefully and efficiently, ensuring product security and integrity. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving customer issues during delivery. Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines while operating the delivery vehicle. Conduct basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicle and report any issues or discrepancies to the management.
