The Director of Human Resources oversees all functional areas of human resources including recruitment and staffing, compensation programs, staff training, and professional development, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, legal compliance, policy development, personnel recordkeeping, and HR information systems.
Qualifications

• 
  
• High-volume hotel, resort, private club, or restaurant experience of 5+ years as an Assistant Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager is required for this role.
  
• Hospitality Industry strongly preferred.
  
• A sincere desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Director of Human Resources must possess
  
• The Director of Human Resources must have a proven history in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
  
• The Director of Human Resources must live by a service-first mentality and display an unbiased mindset
  
• Strong mental horsepower and the ability to successfully oversee multiple large-scale initiatives and special projects.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining calmness, composure, and a sense of humor
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and diligence.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
