of your career. Position Overview: The ideal candidate has hands-on
experience working with automotive dealerships and understands
dealership operations for service teams. They have experience
introducing and deploying complex technology or equipment, and
driving adoption in real-world dealership environments. This role
requires a consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to
partner cross-functionally and drive long-term customer success. As
we are a small startup the role will have a large amount of
autonomy and the candidate must be comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment where requirements may shift and decisions
need to be made with limited information. Requirements Minimum of
10 years professional experience in B2B sales, automotive service
environments, technology or other relevant industry Collaborate
cross-functionally with engineering, program management, strategy,
and operations teams to ensure successful deployments and execution
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced,
customer-facing environment Strong consultative communication
skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Strongly
preferred experience in robotics, automation, or technology markets
Proven cross-functional leadership with strong project management
skills Experience building and operating scalable sales processes,
including CRM usage and pitch execution This role requires travel
to customer sites within Massachusetts, otherwise will be based at
our office location in Woburn.
