Title: Release Process Manager Location: Auburn, NH Level: Entry Level C Squared Systems is currently seeking a Release Process Manager, to assist in managing and implementing the release process for a multi-service application. The individual in this role will maintain and track code branches, working closely with product management, development, QA and the support teams. The Release Process Manager will also work to implement and maintain automation process for the build process of the application. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with Project Management, Development and QA to create and maintain development, release and master branches across all services Work with QA and posting team to have Release Candidate branches deployed for testing Work with Development to have development environments available Work with Development to Implement and maintain build process for all packages Work with Posting team to ensure deployment processes are updated to support any changes in the build pipeline that are implemented Work with QA to ensure proper testing has been completed Create and execute deployment project plans and develop timelines for completion Ensure that all client configuration documentation and test scripts up to date Follow continuous improvement processes after each deployment to identify gaps and recommend steps for improvement Applies in-depth knowledge of system capabilities and user requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement, monitoring, and automation Communicate release details and schedules to related parties as required Work with Development to maintain compatibility matrix for application packages. Skills/Qualifications: • Ability to negotiate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize effectively. • Strong problem solving, risk management, decision making, and communication skills. • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence. • Some prior experience with release planning, program management, or release engineering. • Familiarity with LAMP applications. • Solid understanding of project management principles. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle. • Excellent written and verb
