Description ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a highly motivated and talented Director of PMO looking to expand their career with a growing dynamic consulting company. The role is responsible for managing a staff of Project Managers in the delivery of external customer-specific solutions, both software and services. The PMO is also responsible for monitoring and reporting the status of internal product development and business process improvements. The right individual for this position will have a proven record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering software projects with exacting requirements, budgets and timelines. Create processes to charter, prioritize, monitor and manage a portfolio of projects. Review and assign proposed projects to Project Managers as appropriate. Develop and maintain standardized project management procedures and tools, including dashboards and product roadmaps, to ensure all areas of the Company are informed and aligned. Lead the Company’s resource and capacity planning process. Establish monitoring and reporting of the status of internal product development and business process improvements. Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for the PMO. Establish a Project Manager training program and provide mentorship to junior PMs. Experience/Qualifications : Proven management of Oracle HCM deployments Oracle HCM Cloud, EBS, PeopleSoft, or Taleo experience preferred Knowledge of HR processes Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers Keen attention to detail Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Project and Smartsheet skills Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or its equivalent. PMP certification or in process of obtaining is a plus 5 years of experience in a similar role Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, can be based anywhere in the US
