- Manager in Training - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and deliver member benefits virtually
- Generate referrals from prospective clients
- Organize weekly sales team activities and objectives by
collaborating with company executives and management staff
- Create, maintain, and grow a book of business by establishing
customer relationships
- Recruit, train, and coach new associates in presenting and
delivering benefits
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Development, and Client
Services departments to assist in growing Fisher AgenciesJOB
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Assertive team player who is confident, positive, has
listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable calling prospects (no cold calling), discussing
benefit options, and interacting with working members of the
community
- The ability to be coached, trained, and mentored towards a
successful management career
- Capability to work remote successfully and can maintain a
flexible work schedule
- Candidates must be motivated, highly disciplined, committed to
personal and team success, organized, and passionate about helping
others
- Previous customer service (not industry-specific), sales,
financial services, or entrepreneurial experience is desired but
not requiredThe ideal candidate should have a high school
diploma/GED, associate s, or bachelor s degree from an accredited

InformationJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Our representatives do not prospect or cold call, inbound leads
are sent in directly from contracted groups and their members.
- Inbound leads come to our representatives who then meet with
contracted group members who request American Income Life benefits
and the expertise of our qualified consultants.
- Representatives customize programs to protect members and their
families based on information garnered from one-on-one
consultations.
- Representatives create, maintain, and grow client relationships
through the finest customer service by addressing changing needs
and their family s priorities.
- Following and abiding by established company policies and
procedural systems that have proven to be successful throughout

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and
customer service skills that representatives will utilize between
