Micro-Mech Inc. is a fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking experienced CNC Machinists who not only run 3 (4 a plus) axis Milling Centers, but can also conduct their own setups. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team member within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years' experience in the manufacturing industry, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety.Responsibilities will consist of, and may not be limited to:Carry out production, inspection, and machine operation dutiesSet up and run machinery accurately and efficientlyEffectively monitor productionPerform appropriate duties as assigned by managementMaintain a safe and clean work spaceFollow established safety rules and regulationsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent5+ years' experienceStrong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing settingAbility to accurately read blueprintsAbility to use inspection equipment and inspect partsCommitted to quality, safety and communicationTeam-oriented and self-motivatedSelf sufficientBenefits available for Full-time employees:Accrued vacation time (2 weeks after 1 year)Health, Vision and Dental Insurance401K after 30 days of employment10 paid Holidays annually per company calendar8 PTO days accrued annually per company calendarPosition Hours:Monday - Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (1st shift machinist; Overtime available when needed)Monday - Friday 3:45 PM-12:15 AM (2nd shift machinist; Overtime available when needed)Pay Rate:Competitive pay based on experience
