Job Description:
Responsibilities: Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic
evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment
modalities such as individual, couple, family and group
psychotherapy as clinically indicated. Services provided must
average eighty percent (80%) of billable time based on a forty (40)
hour week. For full time clinicians, this is thirty-two (32)
billable outpatient mental health/substance abuse treatment hours
per week. Provide Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) to
clients/populations and ensure fidelity to various EBPs including
measurements, assessments, and working within EBPs timeframe.
Accept cases as assigned by the Clinic Director or designee and
work collaboratively with the Clinic Director to ensure that
clinical and productive standards are met Document service delivery
to high professional standards in a timely and professional manner
in the client record Responsible for adhering to the clinic's
scheduling protocol, initiating outreach to clients for whom
treatment has been interrupted, and for documenting all outreach
attempts in the clinical record. Establish effective working
relationships with clients and utilizes solution based
interventions which best address specific problem area as
identified in the client's treatment plan; relates well to diverse
client population; displays good judgment; and in collaboration
with clients, formulates and implements focused treatment plans
that identify measurable goals and timeframes for completion.
Submit all administrative and billing paperwork by the end of each
business day. Complete all clinical documentation, such as progress
notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, quarterly reviews
and termination/discharge summaries within the timeframes outlined
in the agency's policies, the content of which demonstrates clear
evidence of medical necessity. Collaborate with relevant
collaterals such as referring agencies, schools, primary care
physicians, family members and/or other ECHS programs to ensure
coordination of care in accordance with agency policy and
applicable laws pertaining to client confidentiality. Attend and
participate in one hour per week of program and agency meetings or
trainings at the discretion of the Director. Correct any
documentation deficiencies identified through the Utilization
Review or supervisory process within one week of
notification.Clinicians are offered several weekly group
supervisions and weekly individual supervision. Eliot offers a

holidays off, and sick time.Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Schedule
- clinic is open from 9am - 8pm Monday -Thursday and 9-5pm Fridays,
Saturday hours also available. Remote working options available.

process.Qualifications:Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work,
or related field and requires full licensure at the independent
level in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; or a Doctorate in
Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; or is licensed in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Marriage and Family Therapist
(LMFT) or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
