New England Biolabs (NEB) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team. Responsibilities include, proactively sourcing and assessing passive and active candidates for positions within NEB. The individual selected for this role will have experience partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and creating effective methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Primary Responsibilities: Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for assigned job requisitions. Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, prescreen and interview qualified candidates, conduct reference and background checks and maintain engagement with the hiring manager and candidates throughout the hiring process with regular updates. Perform searches for candidates using social media tools, networking, internet recruiting, referrals, college recruiting and association memberships. Attend career fairs, campus events and other networking opportunities. Build a talent pipeline and find creative ways to increase their interest. Ensure recruitment activity is updated in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner with the Applicant Tracking System (Workday). Maintain knowledge of job market trends and latest recruitment technologies. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3+ years sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally in a biotech environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus). Experience with a wide variety of sourcing options. Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of the organization.
