Job Description Summary
T901 APQP team leader and primary focal for all assembly Advanced
Product Quality Planning deliverables. Ensuring that the assembly
practices and floor processes are within customer, design, and
contract intent.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support T901 engine assembly Advanced Product Quality Planning
deliverables
* Coordinate with engineering on manufacturing related issues
* Participate in investigations related to quality issues, create 4
blockers describing investigation/action status, present to plant
leader at bi-weekly quality meeting
* Identify/implement corrective actions for quality issues
* Support engine sickbays
* Update/create quality procedures
* Conduct quarterly workstation audits
* Serve as focal for internal and external audits (DoD, DNV, FAA,
etc.)
* Support Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis events
* Investigate/answer all product related quality concerns
* Support Quality CCC, present quality metrics
* Input and influence decisions within own discipline and area
* Work on very complex technological issues or manufacturing
processes
* Solve issues and develop new and innovative approaches to problem
solving
Requirement Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a
high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in
Quality)
