Job Description:

**Performs operations functions for Wire transfers including but not limited to:** + Execute and settle both domestic and foreign bound (US Dollar & Foreign denominated) transfers via the core wire transfer system. + Execute trace requests amendments, and retrieval of funds as requested + Produce disclosures for consumer remittance transfers according to Reg E and Dodd Frank Regulations + Process same day Federal Tax Payments for corporate customers as needed + OFAC review + Conduct start of day processes including late day wires, standing and sweep wires + Conduct end of day processes including daily reconciliation, transmittal of accounting entries to deposit and G/L systems, load archive file, and update ABA, SWIFT and OFAC files as needed + Creation and delivery of funds transfer, both US Dollar and foreign denominated, confirmations + Monitor online banking wires for exceptions and work to escalate and resolve. **Other Duties include, but are not limited to:** + Resolve internal and external customer inquiries and research requests + Proactively identify potential risks and take corrective action to eliminate and reduce risk + Support effective information flow between operations, customer facing employees, and service providers + The incumbent should possess strong communication and organization skills as well as strong customer service skills and knowledge of general accounting principles. + Attention to detail is required as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Be comfortable in PC environment with experience in MS Office suite products. + They must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
