(HHA) Locations: Middlesex, Worcester, Hampden, and Franklin

Role As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will:*Provide personal
care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming*Prepare
and assist with nutritious meals*Monitor and record vital signs as
directed*Support mobility and prescribed exercises*Assist with
medication self-administration*Perform light housekeeping and
laundry tasks*Ensure patient safety and report any changes in
condition*Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with care
standards--- Qualifications*Certified HHA in Massachusetts*Reliable
transportation*Current CPR/BLS certification*Eligible to work in
the U.S.*Proficient in English*Understanding of HIPAA
regulations*Ability to cook simple meals and perform light
housekeeping*Completion of MA Health Department-approved HHA
Training Program or equivalent*Basic literacy and arithmetic
