Job Description:
OBJECTIVE Be the driving force behind our relationships with
individual decision-making accounts (loan officers, realtors)

Acquire, retain and grow productive business relationships and sell
the value of Equity.
Have meaningful business development conversations consistently and
coach up your accounts to help them build their business overall
and with us.
Be the first and best title/settlement partner for your
accounts.
Make your accounts shine, one transaction at a time.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Building and maintaining long-term producing
relationships with assigned accounts (Loan Officers and Realtors)
throughout the country that meet and exceed sales goals.
Setup each order for success by verifying and communicating about
any information and unique requirements of the order/parties to the
transaction.
Execute First Order and 'Realtor Reach Outs' processes in
coordination with sales/marketing team
Train and educate accounts on Equity systems, processes, and
products as well as industry updates.
Acting as your accounts' relational go-to resource for guidance and
solutions for their business.
Championing your accounts and striving to make every loan a success
story.
Identifying trends in account performance for sales opportunities
and/or service enhancements and collaborate with appropriate sales
and operations managers where needed.
Coordinate quarterly client (lender) on-site visits and monthly
accountability call in coordination with other company sales and
operations managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to build rapport and maintain client
relationships over time
3+ years account management and/or sales experience required
Experience with inputting and navigating information within Sale
Force preferred
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
Excellent organization, time management, and communication
skills
Experience with handling customer escalations, balancing and
maintaining expectations, and communicating successful
resolutions
Knowledge of mortgage and title insurance industry preferred
High level of professionalism and responsiveness
Experience and comfort interacting with clients via phone and in
person
Flexible schedule to ensure client inquiries are handled in a
timely manner
Flexibility to travel for customer facing engagements
This is an inside sales position based in our operations center in
Providence and focused exclusively on loan officers and realtors.
This position is not an external sales position but does require
limited travel.
