disease business so that we are positioned to deliver new therapies
over the next 5 years and maintain our leadership position in the

on solutions-focused engagement with major accounts, focusing on
stakeholders who comprise the total office call. The Director,
Account Engagement Marketing will play a critical role in
maintaining Sanofi's leadership in Rare Diseases, driving Sanofi
towards our mission of delivering a personalized, optimized

improve peoples lives. Main responsibilities: Across the Rare
Disease Nation, we have launches over the next several years and
this role will be expected to provide account engagement strategy
expertise across all launches. Responsible for 7 brands, 5 TAs and
4 additional launches over the next 3 years. This role reports to
the Head, Account Engagement Marketing and leads the omnichannel
execution experience and AI digital innovation projects for
healthcare providers (HCPs). Lead omnichannel strategy, innovation
infrastructure and digital content development for Alpha I (launch
brand) , ASMD and MPS (in-line brands) : Develop, architect and
continuously evolve the innovative 1RARE.Ai Ecosystem (Right
Audience Right Engagement powered by Artificial Intelligence)
through continuous learning models, innovative adaptations,
cutting-edge industry trends, and next best action and next best
channel strategies Implement new AI-driven next best action
ecosystem, content generation platform, and workstreams by pulling
through launch and brand strategies Lead AI workstreams and Market
Development Specialists (in-house sales reps) for launch and
implement successful associated automation strategies Create and
manage launch product websites and Digital-First & Digital-Only
brands Drive comprehensive digital engagement strategy, optimized
for AI and LLMs as a stakeholder: Create and optimize digital
engagement strategies with dynamic targeting for launch,
Digital-First, and Digital-Only brands, such as MPS I and ASMD
Develop HCP digital personas & content journeys by implementing
DOL, social activations, and tailored paid and earned digital
engagement strategies Own GEO, SEO & SEM for launch products and
Digital-First & Digital-Only brands Pull through brand strategy for
digital activations and generate customer insights to identify
unmet needs Lead strategic partnerships and cross-functional
collaboration: Foster and development cross-functional
relationships with GTMC & Digital teams on projects and website
optimization. Partner with GTMC, Digital & Data Science teams for
advanced programming and data-driven activation of 1RARE.Ai
Ecosystem Collaborate with Patient Marketing, Product Strategy,
Global Marketing, and Corporate Communications for aligned
messaging Lead creative and adaptation agency engagement for
creative and digital content development Manage and drive
performance: Measure performance and review customer intelligence
Manage budgets and vendor relationships About you
Requirements/Skills/Education/Experience: Degree in marketing,
business, technology, or life sciences Digital marketing experience
required 7 years of marketing experience preferred Successful track
record of strategic decision making, innovation, and
problem-solving Experience working within large scale and complex
multidisciplinary teams Proven ability of influencing without
authority Insights & analytics experience, preferably in
cross-functional leadership roles Sales or Sales leadership
experiences welcomed Demonstrated expertise in account strategy
