Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Global Mobility Tax Analyst to support their compliance program.
Key Responsibilities

Track and review shadow payroll for multiple countries
Initiate expatriate related tax and payroll payment requests and review payroll outputs for accuracy
Collect and analyze business traveler data while coordinating analytics and risk assessment processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in global mobility, expatriate income tax, and US/international payroll & tax compliance
Knowledge of tax rules and filing requirements within the US and internationally
Mobility program compliance experience is a plus
Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or a multi-national organization is advantageous
