Sodexo seeks a dynamic Retail Manager 2 to lead retail operations within educational institutions. Oversee daily retail operations and ensure implementation of standards for quality, customer service, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and placing orders as needed. Prepare budgets and financial reports, and control expenses to increase profitability. Hire, train, and supervise retail staff, fostering a team-oriented environment. Implement promotional campaigns and work with the marketing team to drive sales growth. Address customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other managers and staff to cross-promote services and improve overall student and staff experience. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of retail management best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a retail context Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Retail Manager (CRM) preferred but not required First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous
