As a Real Estate Apprentice, we will support you through the licensing course, passing the exam, training on contracts, training in the field & shadowing. You will build the skills needed, with a supportive team and in a fun environment to be building your career!

$60,000+ Commission Only - No Fees - Average first-year agent sells 16 homes!

Responsibilities:
--- Shadow transactions and client interactions to learn
--- Attend training on sales skills, psychology of sales, contracts, pricing, and much more!
--- Engage with company-provided leads and give consumers a FUN experience throughout
--- Be the knowledge broker -- our mission will be to get you the information you need to create and convey the level of confidence clients deserve

Qualifications:
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
--- Show good organizational and time management skills
--- Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
--- Tech-savvy
--- Past sales experience is preferred
