Lebanon NH Outside Sales Associate - Full-Time Tasco Security, a
leader in comprehensive security solutions in Lebanon, NH, is
excited to announce an open position for a dedicated and dynamic
Outside Sales Associate. This full-time role is perfect for
individuals passionate about building relationships and growing a
high-performing sales territory in the security industry. Please
note, this position requires some on-site presence with a landing
desk at our Lebanon office and is not a fully remote opportunity.
Join our team and contribute to the safety and security of our
diverse client base. Base pay plus commissions. Base commensurate
with experience (75k – 90k). Estimated commissions 40k – 75k once
fully trained and educated in the industry. Familiarity with the
geographic area a plus. Job Description As an Outside Sales
Associate at Tasco Security, you will play a critical role in
expanding our market reach and strengthening our presence in
Lebanon, NH, and surrounding areas of New Hampshire and Vermont.
Your primary focus will be on identifying new business
opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and reinforcing
existing relationships to secure sales growth across various
sectors. This position demands a proactive approach, where you will
be expected to take initiative and drive sales processes from
prospecting to closing. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and
target potential clients to expand sales opportunities. Engage with
contractors, real estate agents, insurance agents, and property
management companies to build new business pipelines. Nurture
relationships with existing customers and explore new sales avenues
within these partnerships. Develop and present tailored sales
proposals to suit the unique needs of each client. Market and
promote Tasco Security’s broad range of security solutions
effectively to prospective and current clients. Participate in
industry networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and
build productive relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to
develop strategies for territory expansion and increased market
penetration. Provide regular feedback to the management team on
market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver
greater value to our customers. Continuously update CRM systems
with client interactions, opportunities, and transaction records.
Attend training sessions and industry trade shows to stay updated
on the latest industry developments and enhance professional
skills. Work closely with the company President for direction and
guidance. Requirements Proven sales experience and a successful
track record in outside sales roles. Strong ability to build, grow,
and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills to effectively articulate product value to
clients. Capable of understanding and selling technological and
innovative security solutions. Willingness and eagerness to learn
the security system business and accept direction and guidance from
seasoned professionals, specifically from the company’s President.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a persistent approach to
achieve long-term goals. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple
priorities effortlessly. Must articulate a clear sales philosophy
and strategy during the interview process. Availability to travel
within the designated territory as necessary to meet business
needs. Must pass a thorough background check due to the sensitivity
