Job Description Job Description The role of Quality Assurance Technician will support various QA administrative requirements including: Primary task is to create customer First Article Inspection Reports using web-based and Excel file documents. This includes gathering applicable records, dimensional measurements, and inspection of example components. Accurate and detailed analysis is required Respond to customer requests for FAI updates/corrections as needed Additional role responsibilities to include: Review and approve Quality Assurance Certificate (C of C) for processed devices Support Internal Audit program Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. The ideal candidate will possess: Organization skills and ability to respond to changing goals based on Production needs. Ability to use of measurement equipment such as optical comparators, hand tools, etc. Knowledge of Micross processes and component handling Be familiar with proper use and completion of production order paperwork Basic computer skills such as email, Word, Excel, etc. Desire to work in team environment to meet customer needs Training will be provided over an extended period for each skill/task supported by team members in the QA office.
