The Store Associate is responsible for assisting guests in a helpful, positive manner while maintaining the appearance of the North Conway, NH store to company standards and for assisting with operational and merchandising duties as directed. Why You’ll Love Working Here: 50% Employee Discount – Enjoy our premium food and kitchen products for half the price Part-Time Scheduling – Work shifts that fit your lifestyle and availability - between 12-16 hours/week Supportive Team Culture – Join a welcoming and inclusive team that feels like family Pride in the Brand – Represent a nationally recognized, New England-based company with a loyal customer base Skill Building – Gain experience in customer service, retail operations, and merchandising Fun, Engaging Workplace – We keep the environment upbeat and rewarding every day Pay Rate – $15.00 per hour JOB SUMMARY Greet and assist guests and drive sales by understanding their needs and wants by offering assistance in a positive manner Promote the brand in stores and at events in the community Efficiently and accurately process transactions at the cash registers Accurately receive and process incoming shipments as directed Assist with inventory by completing cycle counts, counting physical inventory, stocking shelves, tables, and under cabinets Assist with visual merchandizing activities, company store special events and sales as needed Maintain store appearance by cleaning, dusting, and keeping sampling areas free of spill Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous retail or sales experience preferred Strong verbal communication skills Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred) and have basic math skill Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. on occasion, stand several hours a day and climb ladders, bend, reach, squat, kneel, twist, push and pull and perform repetitive motions Must be able to move large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, on a regular basis May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require or to attend meetings or training outside of normal work schedule If you love food, people, and working in a beautiful retail setting, this is the perfect part-time opportunity for you.
